These Terms and Conditions are put into place to secure a photo session with 'Little Capture Photography' and to ensure our expectations have been communicated. Please read all Terms & Conditions carefully. If you have any questions, please let me know before our session.

Little Capture Photography has the right to use and publish images and photographs taken during your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display and editorial use. However, if there is a need for them to be used for commercial purpose, your permission will be asked as priority. If you wish to keep your images private, please discuss your concerns prior to your session as there will be an exclusivity fee of Rs.1000 per image.

Little Capture Photography retains the copyrights to all images created during your session(s). The images provided are for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. All images shall be watermarked with our logo which are delivered to client. ​

All images clicked during the session will be shared with client for shortlisting Images to be processed in High Quality as per selected package within 2 ~ 3 days after the Photo Session. Shortlisting will be done by client and it takes about 2-3 weeks after the client shortlisting to get the images., In case you do like more images from your session, they can be bought at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per image. Delivery of images will be done through Google Drive link. All images will be delivered in digital Jpeg format only. Raw images will not be shared under any circumstances.

The Photographer will be the only photographer at any photo session(s) that are booked. No other cameras (including cell phones) or videotaping is allowed. Photographing the process may be allowed if discussed prior to the session.

Refunds and re-shoots are based on technical malfunctions only (equipment, storage, etc...) and not on creative differences.​

All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run offers and incentives on limited time periods. Prices and offers as mentioned on the day of booking by payment is taken as final.

Please note that a non-refundable booking amount of 25% is required as deposit to reserve your session date & time. The balance session fees are due on the day of scheduled session. If payment is not received and there has been no arrangements made with the Photographer, the Client’s reserved session time will be released.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, online transfers or cheques.

In the case of delayed payments where shoot has already taken place, no images will be delivered if the payments are not cleared.

If the Client needs to reschedule, a 48-hour notice is required. The Photographer retains any payment made if the Client does not provide the 48-hour notice and is not obligated to provide a rescheduled session. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control. In such events, the Client will be fully reimbursed or is permitted to reschedule without penalty.

Client galleries for google drive will remain open for 15 days following image delivery for final selection. After 15 days, all Client images will be archived. Images can be retrieved for a fee.

All print products are to be collected from Little Capture Photography studio. They will not be couriered as the products may get damaged. Print products will be available at the studio to be collected only for 30 days, beyond which they will be sent back for recycling and can be availed as a fresh paid order.
